Carrie Patterson Besler, DPT and Independent Consultant with Arbonne will share with us the transformative power of Healthy Living from the Inside Out. Carrie had struggled for years with severe skin sensitivities and irritation and food reactions, and Arbonne was critical in transforming her health. She has learned that she never knew how good her body was meant to feel, and is passionate about helping others live vibrant lives.
May is “better speech and hearing month”. Audiologist Olivia Van Wagner will be here to educate us and share her experiences with us about hearing. She has also been Richard Stoneking’s personal audiologist for years. She is a wealth of great information on this subject!
We decided that we need to have a day to honor and appreciate all of our amazing wellness members. Anyone who comes in can receive a custom, limited edition Stoneking coffee mug along with some snacks. Thank you all for being a part of our wellness programs. This place wouldn’t be the same without you.

March 5th is Fat Tuesday! Each year we celebrate the day with Mardi Gras beads, face masks, drinks (non alcoholic), food and fun! We will be celebrating all day long. To prepare for the celebration we have our wellness members logging their total calories burned each workout in these weeks leading up to Fat Tuesday. Their goal is to burn a little more each exercise session.
